Created to Scale ("we") runs this client portal and connects it to the business accounts we manage, including our own Instagram and Facebook accounts. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect

Clients of the portal: your name, email, phone, the requests, files and messages you send us, and payment records for invoices you pay.

Instagram and Facebook: when someone comments on, messages, or mentions our own business accounts, Meta sends us that comment or message, the sender's public username and ID, and the time. We use the Instagram Business and Facebook Page permissions only for accounts we own.

How we use it

To run the portal, reply to clients, send notifications to our team, keep our calendar and to-do list current, and hide spam on our own posts. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising profiles.

Sharing

Only with the services that run the portal and our business (hosting and database, our CRM, payment processors, email and messaging providers), and only as needed to provide them, or when the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep messages and comments only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to delete your data at any time; see Data deletion.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to our team, and secrets are stored outside the app code.
