Data Deletion

You can ask Created to Scale to delete any information we hold about you, including Instagram or Facebook comments and messages you sent our business accounts.

1. Email info@createdtoscale.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include your name and the Instagram or Facebook username, email or phone number you used with us.
3. We confirm and delete your data within 30 days, and reply when it is done.

You can also remove our app's access at any time in Instagram (Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites) or Facebook (Settings → Apps and websites).
